Riley Stove ovens feature double insulation on their underside, ensuring that baked goods won't scorch. When in use, the internal temperature of the ovens can exceed the temperature of the gauge on the front door by as much as 100 degrees. And for warming, they can be hung at the side of the Riley Stove, just like hot water tanks and warming shelves.
