I didn't have an opportunity to inspect my canvas tent prior to my hunting trip. I bought 1-inch EMT electrical metal tubing conduit for my tent frame angle kit. I cut the EMT steel tubing per your instructions. The frame was a perfect fit when I set up my wall tent at hunting camp. I was very impressed with the quality of the canvas and double stitching. The thick webbing on the eaves and steel D rings are unbelievably strong. To top it off, there was a double layer of canvas reinforcing the ridge that I didn't realize was a standard feature.
